What is your returns policy?

Our Policy - We hope you love all your Circus purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know with 24hrs of delivery at orders@circusbrixton.com

Should you have a change of heart we can offer you an exchange or credit note on full price items within 14 days of purchase. 
Currently we cannot offer exchange or credit on sale items and earrings, cosmetics, and lingerie are non-returnable.

Can I make a return by post?

Please complete the 'return reason' section on the back of your order details. Place this form in the parcel, along with your items.

We recommend that you send your package using a secure or traceable method – such as Royal Mail’s Recorded Signed For Delivery – and that you keep your proof of postage.

Returns to the shop

You may also return any items purchased online to our shop in Brixton (please see where to find us on the About Us page). Please bring along your Order Details from your parcel or the dispatch email.

Returning a gift

In the unlikely event that you have received a gift from Circus that you  are not happy with it, you are more than welcome to return it to our shop in Brixton, in exchange for another item to the same value or a credit note. Swimwear and lingerie must be returned unworn and with the original packaging and tags in place.
